Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between 8.30am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role:

As an integral part of ASDA Travel Money, you will be covering three of our bustling Bureaus situated within an ASDA retail store. Thousands of customers will step foot through the door each day, many looking for help and guidance on all aspects of foreign exchange. We aim to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange and deliver detailed and concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience.
What will you be doing?
1. Take ownership for the larger management of each site and drive results and productivity.
2. Ensure each team of Travel Service Partners delivers the best possible customer experience.
3. Nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of customer service.
4. Review customer feedback and implement processes to improve outputs and achieve objectives.
5. Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Deliver on key performance goals.
7. Utilise keen eyes for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
8. Implement and drive best legal practices and regulatory standards.
