In your role as an Administrator, you will specialise in writing customer-focused defect service reports and preparing quotations for the repair and replacement of pressurisation units, water booster sets, tanks, and associated equipment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Answering the service office phone.
2. Provide a high standard of customer service through a polite and efficient ‘can do’ attitude to meet customer expectations.
3. Provide technical support to customers.
4. Producing customer-focused and accurate reports and quotations.
5. Commercial awareness, i.e., protecting company reputation, ensuring profitability, and developing/maintaining good customer relationships.
6. Review product datasheets to confirm suitability of replacement parts.
7. Contact suppliers for quotes, purchasing, and queries.
8. Effectively and efficiently manage jobs from enquiry to invoice.
9. Provide quick and effective support to assist our on-site engineers.
10. Corrective action reporting.
11. Customer invoicing.
