Blackpool, Lancashire (North West England)
Language requirements for the job:
Fluent English is essential. Fluent in additional languages strongly preferred, ideally Spanish, Portuguese, or French but all languages considered.

Job responsibilities of the International Sales Manager:
1. Manage an export sales team
2. Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
3. Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors and support existing distributors
4. Develop indirect sales and marketing strategies
5. Identify opportunities for lucrative new product development
6. Develop relationships with a growing emphasis on video presentation as part of our carbon emission reduction strategy
The successful candidate background:
1. Fluent English is essential. Fluent in additional languages strongly preferred, ideally Spanish or French but all languages considered.
2. Previous experience in an export sales development role
3. Experience in selecting, appointing, and developing new distributor accounts
4. The ability to travel internationally when required
5. Strong numeracy and communication skills
6. Good administrative, organisational, and time management skills
7. Strong research skills and good commercial awareness
