Responsible for the production and maintenance of all customer facing Product content and strategy around improving the user experience. Overview The successful candidate will have solid experience of enterprise-level Product reference content and experience in Instructional design for Products or Platforms; ideally have a customer focus, product mindset, exposure to gamification, and experience in defining developing, and curating trails/paths for content delivery. The Documentation Lead will work with a global team of talented Product Managers and Engineers to produce and publish customer facing technical reference/help/training content in a cross-functional, distributed environment. Key Responsibilities & Accountability Writing, editing, and maintaining all Product User Guides across the Meritsoft Product suite. Producing and publishing other customer facing technical reference/help/training content as required. Working with Product Leads to ensure the Product Guides are updated as/when new features are added to Products. Identifying new/improved ways for publishing Product Learning Content (reference/help/training) for Enterprise-level Products. Designing, developing, and deploying new means to publish and surface relevant content to Product users. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in technical writing, editing, and developing technical content. You will have experience editing in-depth content for Enterprise Software products, and you will have experience driving consistency and unity across multiple content deliverables. You will bring to the process a solid understanding of customer needs when using Enterprise Software and experience advocating on behalf of customers.
