Experience

1. Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, their families, and other health professionals.
2. Able to develop, present and operationalise coherent ideas for the service development/delivery.
3. Able to delegate appropriately.
4. Able to work within a team.
5. Evidence of participation in clinical audit.
6. Able to teach and support junior staff effectively.
