CFF Team Leader Newry Perm Fulltime The Role: Accountable to the CFF & Replenishment Section Lead you will be responsible for leading the CFF team and supporting the operation, ensuring Standards and correct processes are adhered to. Responsibilities: Goods inwards, goods put-away, Replenishment, Pick to Zero and Stock control operations Invoicing and delivering administration and reporting requirements Training & development of team Performance management Liaising with 3PL, suppliers, all deliveries inbound Food safety procedures - fresh goods handling - HACCP Dealing with customer queries and complaints Determine forecasts, headcount planning Implementing warehouse safety programs specifically for cold storage. Hold team accountable for targets, actions, and results. Leading and motivate others. Have a strong, visible, and active leadership presence, to achieve and excel in target delivery and performance. Controlling and improve operational performance, service delivery, team management and development, legal compliance, cost, and quality. Driving a strong H&S culture and behavioural mindset. Ensure all operations are run according to best practice in Health & Safety, and as per company policies and procedures and legislation. Ensuring internal customer expectations are met. Identifying team talent, developing team members, and driving exceptional people performance. Absence, disciplinary, capability and grievance management Ability to maintain and promote good record keeping & legislative practices, and an understanding of the importance of excellent internal operating procedures Demonstrable passion and commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues Support the recruitment, selection and evaluation processes of your teams. Salary: 28K - £30K (based on experience) Requirements: Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English A minimum of 2 years recent relevant managing experience. Experience of leading teams. Experience managing fast paced environment Experience of leading, motivating and developing management and functional teams Operational, Warehousing and Commercial experience, within a fast-moving environment Stock Control, PI counting, stock count total management and investigations. Understanding of Planning models systems and processes. Proven ability to develop and empower Team members to deliver results on the front line. A strong motivator with excellent communication skills, you will be fully conversant on lean principles and have demonstrated the ability to apply lean techniques in your career to date Desirable: Experience of employee relations such as training and development.
