ILD Solicitor – Ayrshire (Assignment 15597)
We have been instructed on this unique in-house role with our client with our client, a highly regarded organisation specialising in debt and consumer arrears. There is currently a need for a qualified solicitor to join its busy Legal team on a full-time basis in Ayrshire.
The post-holder can expect to be involved in a range of litigation matters including managing cases of complex disputes, mitigate costs and protecting the reputation of the company. You can also expect to work closely with other stakeholders within the business, as well as customers, legal representatives and third parties of all stages of the litigation process, ensuring positive outcomes through negotiation.
The team is keen to hear from those at the NQ-3 level PQE, ideally with experience of consumer or finance debt recovery, but candidates with general civil litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to move in-house; the team also supports Hybrid working with an expectation of 3 days office presence per week.
Solicitor, Personal Injury – Glasgow (Assignment 15587)
Our client, a specialist litigation firm is seeking a litigator to join its expanding personal injury team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be at the NQ-4 years PQE level and have some experience handling RTA, public liability and employment matters. Previous experience of disease and clinical negligence work would be beneficial however not essential.
This is a busy firm and they have seen a real growth in this area of work and there are longer-term opportunities for progression for an ambitious lawyer keen to specialise in this area.
Associate, Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 15572)
We are currently working on a position within this award-winning UK law firm. The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its Real Estate team based in Glasgow. The team is one of the largest, advising on thousands of transactions across the UK each year.
The role will involve a varied caseload across all aspects of real estate work. You will support senior team members and Partners on larger projects and collaborate with Real Estate colleagues across the country.
The ideal candidate will be at the 1-3 years’ PQE level with experience gained in a real estate team, however, candidates at the NQ level with a strong property background will also be considered. You will be commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, have excellent analytical and communication skills as well as being ambitious and self-motivated.
Family Lawyer – Lanarkshire (Assignment 15578)
We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior solicitor vacancy with our client who is an established law firm based in Lanarkshire. The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer specialising in family law. The role will involve a range of family and child law matters including divorce, separation, residence, contact, children’s referrals and adoption.
Ideally, applicants should have at least 5 years’ PQE in this practice area. To be considered for this role you should be confident managing your own caseload and supporting more junior members of the team. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
Private Client Solicitor – Helensburgh (Assignment 15546)
We are delighted to have been instructed on this private client role, with our client, a wholly based legal firm and estate agents in Scotland. The firm is currently recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join its busy practice in Glasgow.
The role will involve all aspects of private client work as well as some residential work. The role would be suited to lawyers at around the 2-6 years PQE level with a solid background in private client. Previous experience of residential work would be beneficial however is not essential. This is a fully office-based role.
