Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie
We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of Fowey's best restaurants. You will work under our established Head Chef, known for developing his team and creating excellent food. In-house training, external accreditation, and NVQ development routes are available. Our menu features high-quality food served in a relaxed setting for lunch and dinner, along with weddings and events.
As a Chef de Partie, you will confidently manage your own section in the kitchen, adhering to high standards. A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably from a quality background, is preferred.
