Lead Assembly Operative - Leading a small assembly team in a hands on role - Monday - Friday & "days" - £26k - £28k & 25 days holiday, pension and more Overview: How does coming into a newly created leadership role for a UK leader in their sector sound? As we continue to grow on our Birkenhead site, we are looking for a strong leader to come in and lead a team of around 8-9 assembly operatives whilst still being hands on with our electronic assembly. So a chance to really lead an established and skilled team where you can use this as a stepping stone in to bigger things on site and working normal "day" shifts Monday - Friday, so a real opportunity. The person: We are open here to the person. What we want is a strong leader who can develop and lead a team, make sure all is running efficiently and bring their own ideas. Ideally, you'll have some kind of production and manufacturing knowledge but we can teach you the technical aspects of the role. The role itself: This is supporting the Production Manager and leading the assembly team. This is around electronic assembly and programming so any knowledge on that would be marvelous, but we can teach you the technicalities. As well as leading the team, you'll be looking after the paperwork, orders and jumping on the assembly - but a chance to move in to bigger roles within the facility. The Company: This is working for a hugely established and world leading orginisation in a pretty unique sector. This is a new team within an established, larger facility and it represents a chance to come in at the start and grow with them, with lots of opportunity as they continue to grow. What Next? If this seems like an opportunity that appeals, send your CV through and I will be more than happy to go through this in more detail. Look forward to hearing your story
