Come and be part of our story THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised Medical Secretary at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club. THE PERSON Are you proficient at managing processes? Are you detail orientated? You may be our next Medical Secretary The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a secretarial role. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends. ROLE EXPECTATIONS As the Medical Secretary, you will be expected to: •Organise appointments, bookings and admissions as required, and liaising with other specialists and medical providers as appropriate. •Retrieve medical records and assist in their documentation to support medical/insurance records, new player medicals and outgoing player medicals. •Establish and maintain filing and administrative systems so that written or digital information is up to date, easily accessible and secure.
