Reporting into the Managing Director, the successful individual will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap and input into overall business strategy, in-line with the company’s ambitious targets. Incorporating sales, training, website and CRM creation, account management and strategy - this really is a unique, all-encompassing role. With a broad mix of building on excellent industry relations and cultivating a new client base, the successful individual will have a demonstrable track record of delivering new client wins, framework and tender success, as well as outstanding relationship building skills. The successful individual will lead and develop a sales support team to raise the bar across the entire operational side of the business.
