Junior Project Manager Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Location: Kings Hill/ Hybrid We are looking for a full time Junior Project Manager to join the Commercial Services Group within the newly formed EIS IT Business. This role will be responsible for defining, documenting, and completing small-scale projects, managing risks, providing administrative support, maintaining project and quality plans, ensuring financial accountability, conducting quality reviews, managing change control, leading the team, and ensuring project progress through excellent communication and organisational skills. Planning & Monitoring – Develop realistic project and quality plans, tracking progress against goals. Provide clear, timely reports to stakeholders and take corrective action when needed. Change & Risk Management – Oversee change control processes, ensuring deliverables stay within scope. Assess risks to minimise scheduling and performance impacts. Leadership & Collaboration – Inspire and support project teams, ensuring strong working relationships with business units and customers. Take action where performance deviates from expectations. Governance & Continuous Improvement – Work within established governance frameworks, ensuring formal project closure and capturing lessons learned for future success.
