National Account Manager
Commutable to Southhampton
£40,000pa plus uncapped commission

What You’ll Do:
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, taking full ownership of a portfolio of commercial customers.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, delivering on ambitious sales and profit targets.
* Represent the company at industry events and in client meetings, showcasing value and expertise.
* Collaborate internally to ensure customer needs are met while aligning with broader business objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and stay competitive.
