Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy
* Recruit, train and develop the sales and marketing team
* Guide the strategy for the online presence
* Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
* Prepare and present sales reports
* Meet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
* Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities
* Executing a digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention
Skills and Experience:
* A proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
* Experienced in creating sales and marketing campaigns from a luxury hospitality background
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
* A creative thinker
* Confident, well:presented and highly professional
