Role Responsibilities As the Event Co-ordinator, you will: Plan, organise, and execute events across the estate in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke event solutions. Manage vendor relationships, including catering, décor, and technical teams, to ensure seamless event delivery. Monitor budgets and ensure events stay within financial constraints. Oversee event setup, running, and breakdown to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Address logistical challenges and problem-solve to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in marketing efforts to promote the estate's event offerings. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in event coordination or management, ideally in a hospitality or estate setting. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and vendors effectively. Creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative event solutions. Flexibility to adapt to varied work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
