Start date as soon as possible - Full Time. Key tasks and Responsibilities: • Responsible for a pivotal store in Cambridge and its day to day retail operations; • Personnel management; • Providing training to your team; • Lead the team of maximum 6 persons, in an engaging and challenging way to provide excellent service; • Help achieve and exceed business goals; • Visual merchandising; • Store opening and closing; • Banking; • Floor plans and rota’s; • Responsible for health and safety issues within the store; • Achieve established KPIs in line with store budgets. Requirements: • Store Management /experience in the Fashion sector of a large store; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Abilities to lead and direct a team; • Passion for human relations and sales; • Problem solving skills, curiosity and interest in RETAIL/JEWELLERY. • Local language and additional languages are a bonus.
