I am looking for a successful internal sales person to work for a company in Humbie (EH36) just outside Edinburgh. You will be engaging with existing customers through proactive phone calls, building strong relationships. You will be working closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. You will be handling customer queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution. Managing sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process. You will report to our Internal Sales Manager, and working closely with the wider sales team. This position would suit a person with a minimum of 2 years sales experience. A college/university qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential. The ideal candidate will have: A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
