Essential A qualified Nurse or Allied Health Professional e.g. RCN, SCPHN, SLT, OT, Physio or equivalent, and clinical registration with a recognised professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC) Postgraduate/post-qualification experience working with Children and Young People for minimum of 3 years Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with families, young people and other professionals verbally and in writing. Exceptional clinical risk assessment and management skills. A sound understanding of current evidence and best practice in child health and care. Desirable 1 year minimum experience of providing clinical supervision to others Experience of working as a senior member of an MDT A positive, motivated and passionatabout providing a high quality holistic approach to referral management.
