As the Head of Operations, you'll be the linchpin between their clients, site staff, and management team, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic, weather-dependent business. This role offers the flexibility of remote work but demands a high level of commitment, availability, and a genuine 'always-on' mindset to support their operations.
