An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills who will be responsible for the effective day to day provision of administration and support relating to learning and development activities.
You will undertake a wide range of duties in accordance with predetermined procedures, working to targets and deadlines. You will be involved in dealing with enquiries from internal customers and liaison with external training providers to ensure that our employees receive appropriate learning and development and that it is accurately recorded on Oracle Fusion.
It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care. You will be required to interpret detailed information and work on own initiative. You will have regular contact with Resource key stakeholders to ensure that employees receive their mandatory and essential learning within pre-defined timescales.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams. Experience with databases is desirable. Minute taking experience would also be desirable. You will be frequently required to maintain, update, and provide management information, producing a range of reports from various sources. Experience of supervision of staff would be desirable.
This role demands that you work in a highly professional manner, always exercising confidentiality and discretion and that you are able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
