Position Overview: The AreaSales Executive plays a vital role in the sales team, primarily responsible for generating new leads, upselling and securing hires and sales, managing customer accounts, and supporting the overall sales process. As the Area Sales Executive you will be responsible for: Identify and create growth opportunities through various channels and communicate with customers daily Proactively develop, maintain, and expand relationships with prospective customers through sales prospecting campaigns. Identify effective solutions by thoroughly questioning and analysing customer needs, aiming to provide impactful solutions from our portfolio. Achieve or exceed key performance indicator targets and sales metrics. Actively contribute expertise to ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered. Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. The successful AreaSales Executive will hold: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
