COMPLIANCE AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 16:30 Closing date: 09:00 on Tuesday 16 April 2025 The Role In this role, you will fulfil an internal audit function, which ensures that the School maintains compliance with our inspection and regulatory regimes. You will advise the Senior Leadership Team on all aspects of regulatory compliance, act as the Schools Data Protection Lead and mange the procurement process across the School. Reporting to the Bursar, you will be a member of the Operational Leadership Team and will mange budgets to a cumulative budget of c. £2 million.
This requirements of the role will suit a 0.8FTE to full-time contract, working 37.5 hours per week, usually from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. There is the opportunity for some flexibility over working arrangements, however the successful candidate must be willing to work on the School site at least three days a week.
About you The ideal candidate will have experience of legal compliance, managing risk and negotiating major contracts and managing budgets. You will have the ability to interpret legislation, regulations and guidance and be able to explain the requirements in simple, practical terms to non-specialists. Your project management skills and ability to think ahead and remain calm under pressure will set you up for success in this role.
