Job title: Business Change Professional

Salary:£47,683+ depending on skills and experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support the Business Change lead in delivering the Digital Engineering Programme’s Business Change plans – aid defining and measuring progress metrics to demonstrate progress.
* Use the Companies Business Change methodology to support Business Change activities including; Complexity Assessments, Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment etc.
* Assist in identifying and supporting impacted people and end users. Help them to adapt to new ways of working and enable successful adoption of the Digital Engineering capability.
* Provide input and support to regular and meaningful engagement with stakeholders on Digital Engineering Programme – such as Roadshows, Spotlights, All Hands Briefings etc.
* Ensure consistent and positive interactions with all stakeholders while effectively communicating the programme’s aims and status.
* Aid regular Culture Surveys & Customer Satisfaction Surveys with impacted employees to gain insights for improvements – support capture and enacting improvement plans.
* Assist the Business Change activity in support of Lifecycle Management.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement – work with colleagues to determine ownership and priority, and support planning and delivery of these.
Your skills and experiences:
* Change Management experience demonstrated in a professional capacity within a project.
* Experience of working with stakeholders.
* Good understanding of own project/s, its markets, customers, strategic priorities and culture.
* Good understanding of the wider Change Management/PM environment and of developments and practices in the field.
* Good knowledge and understanding of PM policies, processes, procedures, tools techniques and systems.
* Toolsets – MS Office, knowledge of Jira and Confluence are desirable.
