The Account Management Support is a varied role assisting multiple sites, requiring flexibility to manage various administrative tasks within a fast-paced sales environment. Acting as the first point of contact for LB Fosters (Rail Technologies) International customer base, providing first class customer service, supporting multiple Account Managers in managing all Key Accounts for LB Foster Europe and LB Foster North American locations. Indicative Responsibilities Include: Contract review, Order entry & Acknowledgement processes and documentation. Maintaining and monitoring of order progress including invoicing, logistics support & managing client order books Regular reporting including monthly sales reports, weekly production & procurement reports, and daily booking advice to management (including Directors) First point of contact to our international customer base, by phone and monitoring team email inboxes Respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Provide support to Account Managers and Business Development Teams with administrative duties and any other reasonable duties. Collaborate with other functions and teams i.e. Project Managers, Operations and Engineering Provide and support team in generating quotations. Maintaining the company CRM database with contact details, leads and opportunities information. Assist with monthly forecasts. Experience, Education & License Requirements: Demonstrable experience in a similar/same role Customer Service-related experience and or qualifications Full UK driver’s license Skills & Abilities: IT literate - competent in using MS Office packages i.e. word, excel. Strong numeracy and literacy skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business & Commercial acumen Competencies: Time Management Attention to detail.
