Customer Service Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's Customer Service team based near Malton.
You will be responsible for the management of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with other departments within the business.
Main Duties:
1. Processing orders via SAP
2. Acknowledging customer orders within 24 hours of receipt
3. Raising complaints on the SAP system within 24 hours of receipt and working with the Customer Care Team to reach resolutions for the customer
4. Processing credit and debit notes
5. Working with the Transport Department, retrieving ETA information and organising expedited transport where needed
6. Working as part of a team with colleagues within Customer Service and those from other key departments
7. Utilising problem-solving skills to find customer resolutions
8. Independently organising, prioritising and managing workload
9. Maintaining calm under pressure
10. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills

1. Proven knowledge and experience of working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
2. Strong computer skills
3. Proven experience of working with a team to achieve results
4. Proven data input experience
5. Experience of SAP would be an advantage
6. Hardworking and committed
7. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
