Golden Hello- £3,000 (£1,000 in 6 months of service, £1,000 after 12 months and £1,000 after 24 months of service - conditions apply).

Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will provide
* Clinicalleadership for primary care team; made up of a variety of registeredand non-registered professionals
* You willact as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at alltimes.
* Supporting senior clinicians on site you will be part of the daily leadership team,
* Providing clinical inputfor all patients. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure; patient safety,the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is appliedto patient care.
* You'll be accountable for your practice including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.Leading by example, you'll share your experience and knowledge by being involved in the educational and professional development of the nursing team through clinical supervision sessions both on the wings and formal teaching opportunities.
