The Role – Your Focus and Contribution As a member of the Lettings team, you will be responsible for administration of the application process through to move-in, daily management of tenant care, renewals, and deposits. The role will be process driven and customer facing, your strong organisational and communication skills both internally and externally will contribute to your overall success in the role. This is a prime role for you to make a difference, develop your skills and strengths, with a complete focus on delivering outstanding personal, team and business results and success.- Working in line with compliance legislation- Completion of all tenancy and reposit renewals adhering to SLAs- Ensuring appropriate communication with SAM regarding notices received- Deposits and reposit registered inline with SLAs- Ensuring all compliance documentation on internal system(s)- Responsible for completion of pre-tenancies- Co-ordinate key and fob handovers and tenant move-in- Management of parking- Ensuring referencing is completed in line with SLAs- Processing of holding deposits inline with legislation and SLAs- Provide impeccable customer service levels and contribute towards positive brand reputation- Complaint handling- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date with all contact details and relevant notes About You We are looking for a highly organised individual, with an eye for detail, great self management skills, someone is proud of what they do and has a people friendly personality. • Team player• Excellent organisational skills• Pro-active approach• Process driven• Excellent attention to detail• Use own initiative to effectively problem solve• Strong communication and customer service skills• Works confidently in a fast-paced environment• Passionate about delivering exceptional standards• Well presented• Proficient technically• Professional, positive and enthusiastic approach We offer : A competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and additional paid time off at Christmas and investment in your on-going training and development.
