I am working with a well known Leeds company, which is looking to expand their team ahead of a busy 2025, they are looking to bring in multiple members of the team but one specific area is an experienced IT Project Manager. As an IT Project Manager with previous experience managing Salesforce-related projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring successful Salesforce implementations, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects, specifically focused on Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track. Qualifications: 3 years of experience managing IT projects, with knowledge of Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello). Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
