The Role
We’re looking for Senior level Arboriculturalists to join our growing team throughout the UK.

Skills and Experience
You’ll step into a role that combines project and client management with delivery of arb solutions on-site, helping to solve our clients’ challenges in the work you deliver.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting BS5837 surveys, utility surveys and tree safety assessments using our cutting-edge GIS mapping software.
* Crafting technical reports to drive planning applications, utilities installations, and various tree safety initiatives.
* Providing support to Local Authorities and charities.
* Overseeing arboricultural clerk of works duties, ensuring quality control and project management.
* Leading tree protection audits and providing ad hoc advice on site.
* Supporting the scoping and costing of projects.
Our Senior Arboriculturists will be there to support you, alongside our comprehensive training programme, to help you ease into your role.
To excel in this role, you should:
* Hold a minimum NQF Level 4 Arboriculture qualification, enhanced by field experience, or see us as your first step to a fulfilling career, post-university.
* Be willing to participate in our on-site training initiatives to accelerate your settling in to the role.
* Be open to using our cutting-edge technology embedded in our working practices to streamline your activities.
* Engage and build rapport with our diverse portfolio of clients, communicating clearly and confidently.
* Enjoy working in dynamic settings and be able to showcase your adaptability and a solutions-driven mindset when working with clients and colleagues.
* Be computer literate and proficient in use Microsoft Office applications.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
Desirable but not mandatory:
* Hold a Foundation Degree (NQF Level 5), Honours Degree (NQF Level 6) Arboriculture qualification or above.
* A valid CSCS card reflecting your commitment to excellence.
* Membership in the Arboricultural Association and / or Institute of Chartered Forestry is advantageous, however subscription fees will be covered upon your appointment.
