Description Exploitation Coordinator - Ref: CH09524 G6: £29,093 - £33,366 per annum Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months (to be reviewed following proven impact and outcomes), full-time. English and Maths GCSE required for this role. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Support Officer to join our Exploitation Team as the Exploitation Coordinator. This is a newly designed role which requires you to work alongside the wider exploitation team, gather vital information, map risks for individuals and across Walsall and work and communicate with a wide range of professionals. You will need to be highly organised and provide a wide range of complex administration and business support activities, activities will include (but not limited to) financial transactions, formatting documents, scanning and uploading information to the client system, creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, organising meetings, minute taking, analysing relevant information and mapping risks. The role can at times deal with sensitive, highly confidential and on occasion distressing information. Our model of work is hybrid, you will work 2-3 days office based (or as required) and the ability to work from home. Candidates must have proven excellent minute taking skills, taking minutes directly onto laptop and completing workbooks in meetings. Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems is essential and a minimum education standard of GCSE in English and Maths Grade A-C (or equivalent) is required and experience of working in a Children’s Services environment.
