We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team in Manchester. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need a superstar to help us achieve that!
What we do at OrderYOYO
Helping restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Working within the existing People Team in Manchester, you will lead the Talent Acquisition Team and all hiring processes and initiatives. The TA Manager will operate as a global unit, supporting key stakeholders in UK, Ireland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.
1. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and focus across all hiring processes
2. Managing a team of 8 Talent Executives, driving both performance and personal development
You will work closely with Key Stakeholders across all of our markets to ensure we are consistently improving on our People practices. So we need someone that will bring new ideas to the table and not be afraid to think outside of the box.

You are expected to:
1. Report and forecast Key Talent Acquisition Metrics
2. Provide support to key stakeholders on Talent Acquisition processes
3. Identify and action blind spots and develop new initiatives and solutions
The Job
Talent Acquisition
1. You will be involved in and manage full recruitment processes – From writing the ad, managing applications, screening calls, interviews, offering and onboarding
2. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ‘what good looks like’ in their teams
3. Manage talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods
4. Manage ATS and identify trends in applications
5. Assist and facilitate pre/onboarding process for all new starters
Managing members of the Talent Team
1. You will be accountable for the overall team performance
2. You will present to support and offer any guidance to the team when needed
3. Supporting with team call shadowing and providing constructive feedback.
4. Monitoring Key Inputs of team – With a focus on Screen calls, interviews, conversion rate and hires
5. Coaching and developing team strengths and improving any weaknesses
General & Other
1. Assisting with general People responsibilities, including developing processes, employee documentation and general HR admin.
2. Working on various projects to drive People initiatives.
3. Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment & team spirit.

What We Are Looking For In You:
1. A background in people management and recruitment / Talent Acquisition, ideally with a Commercial focus
2. Experience recruiting across Europe, specifically Germany would be advantageous
3. A motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn, develop and take full ownership of projects
4. Self-motivated team player that wants to exceed goals, with the ability to work on own initiative whilst building positive working relationships with colleagues across the business
5. A results-driven individual. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change whilst remaining resilient
