We're looking for a Finance and HR Assistant to assist and support our Finance and HR Department at Co-op Academy Swinton.
Working closely with the Finance Manager & HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for finance and HR queries. You will assist and support the Finance Manager with performing essential administrative accounting tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing expense claims, assisting with payroll, and ensuring financial records are up to date. You will also assist and support the HR Advisor with the administration of personnel records, recruitment, and data. You will offer effective administrative support, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
