We are currently seeking an experienced customer services and accounts administrator to work closely amongst all departments and members of staff. The candidate should have the ability to produce and chase quotations. Full training will be provided. The candidate must have excellent telephone skills and confidence in following leads and converting potential customers, as well as building a relationship with the customer and their finance team. The candidate should also be able to effectively chase sent quotations and have the ability to make appointments where needed for our external sales person.

Job Summary

* Maintain purchase ledger accounts.
* Reconcile suppliers statements to purchase ledger.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop gained business on a day to day basis.
* Maximise profit at all times through effective account managing.
Duties:
* Generate new business and close sales through telephone-based sales.
* Manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients, offering technical back-up and advice.
* Provide appropriate solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to customers when required – extensive product knowledge and industry training will be provided as part of the induction process.
* Use our CRM system to track customer progress and results.
* Chase quotations.
* Build excellent customer relationships.
* Book qualified appointments for Business Development Managers.
* Support managers in administrative duties.
* Check suppliers invoices and stock.
* Answer customer enquiries competently via telephone and email.
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.
