Our client is a Warwickshire-based professional Life Sciences recruitment consultancy. They have some ambitious growth plans for the coming 18 months which include an opening for a researcher/resourcer to join the team. This role has the potential to develop into a recruitment consultant role, if you wish to progress in the future, or can develop into a more senior resourcing role if you do not wish to sell.
The role will be busy and varied and will include:

* Mapping and researching the market.
* Interviewing suitable candidates.
* Mapping and researching the market, gathering contacts and names.
* Gaining competitor information.
* Managing social media.
* Preparing e-shots and marketing.
* Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day duties.
