What do you need?
* Must have excellent verbal and communications skills to prepare quotations for the Companys products and services and, if required, deliver sales pitch to prospective Clients.
* Must have strong negotiation and customer service skills to negotiate and close project contracts with Clients and ensure Clients are satisfied with the Companys products and services.
* Must have excellent listening and interpersonal skills to communicate with Clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues which arise.
* Must have the ability and determination to achieve business sales targets.
* Must have multi-tasking skills to manage your client portfolio and the day-to-day processing of all associated sales enquires.
* Must be an innovative thinker that can contribute information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitor competitive products, assess Client needs to be filled and analyse their reaction.
* Due to the secure nature of our projects, the successful candidate must be willing to undergo background screening.
Qualifications & Experience
* Ideally educated to degree level and have a minimum of 3 years experience in account management, business development, sales or customer service.
* Experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
* High Level of computer literacy with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Full driving licence and own vehicle.
