As Head of Marketing, you’ll…
* create and lead the strategies to secure our reputation and engage our target markets
* drive student recruitment by identifying opportunities and implementing effective campaigns
* make sure your department is motivated, supported and energised. You’ll insist on high standards for our brand, and won’t compromise on quality
* oversee the planning, promotion and delivery of a range of superb college events
* lead on PR, ensuring we’re always building on our national reputation for high quality, customer-focussed provision
* join a collaborative, successful college leadership team
You’ll need to have…
* a positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
* a superb track record - your marketing, PR and communications will have delivered measurable growth
* leadership and people management experience - supportive but happy to challenge the team and set high expectations
* a creative approach to identifying audiences, and devising campaigns that truly engage. Writing good copy will come naturally to you
* a reputation for getting things done, in spite of competing pressures
* a degree or degree-level marketing qualification
* planning, project management, and data analysis skills
