This is a super opportunity to be part of a brand-new team and support 2 individuals within their own home in Carlisle
We have Full Time, Part Time, Relief and Waking Night hours available.
Chrysalis supports adults, to live their best lives.
This is an exciting new opportunity to join a new team.. You will be supporting the individuals who have a learning disability to live as independently as they can within their own shared home.
This includes promoting as much as possible independent living skills and a range of activities. We want the people we support to be active and independent.
This will not be a lone working service, and will always work alongside another colleague.
Due to the individuals needs, a driving licence is essential, or currently learning.
Full training will be provided so no experience in support work is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, skills and interests who are passionate about working with people.
THE REWARDS
£23,481 - £23,774 (plus potential to earn up to £3090 additional due to waking night, evening & weekend enhancements and sleeps.)
Enhancement for direct support work hours during the hours of 8pm-7am and for all hours worked at weekends paid at extra 0.15p per hour
£55 per sleep in
