Group Service & Aftersales Administrator
Location: Southampton, Hampshire

The role:
Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, the purpose of this role is to represent the brand to customers, manufacturers, shareholders, and other staff from an administrative perspective, including:
1. Accounts Administration - invoicing & credit control / controlling debt;
2. Control of work-in-progress (WIP);
3. Clock card input;
4. Creating job cards;
5. Managing cost control & expenses;
6. Booking flights & accommodation for Technicians/Engineers and Managers;
7. Reviewing 'Princess Connect' system and highlighting potential opportunities;
8. Assisting with training of new staff on the Kerridge system & functionality;
9. Assisting with the launch of the HubSpot system;
10. Other general administrative duties.
The role involves direct contact with Line Managers, Directors, representatives of the Manufacturer, Suppliers, Specialist Repairers, and Sub-Let Suppliers.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills;
* Proficient in the Kerridge system (preferred);
* Ability to juggle a busy workload;
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work;
* Team player;
* Experience within the Marine industry (Leisure Yachting) is preferred, but transferrable experience from the Motor Industry aftersales department would be of interest.
