Post graduate Diploma/ Masters modules in management and leadership. Dealing with patient and carer complaints Previous experience of leading a team and managing an acute area Thorough understanding of bed management systems/principles Experience in teaching/developing others Experience of providing management supervision Knowledge of Operational, Clinical and Workforce policies and practices relevant to site management role. Good presentation skills, ability to use excel, word and PowerPoint.
