Job Description: Project Coordinator with Stork
To provide operational coordination in support of the delivery of project team objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Project Coordinator:
1. Maintain the Project personnel rota to reflect actual and planned movements of offshore personnel including availability and onshore commitments.
2. Liaise with offshore supervisors, resource coordinators, client representatives, project teams regarding personnel logistics to achieve optimum utilisation of personnel.
3. Generate resource mobilisation and demobilisation requests to inform the resourcing team about timing, discipline, and certification requirements for personnel to meet operational requirements.
HSEQ
1. Assist with the tracking of all the risk management processes.
2. Awareness of the legislative requirements surrounding HSEQ aspects pertaining to their area of responsibility.
3. Support quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
4. Support continuous improvements and act on lessons learned.
5. Provide administrative assistance for the filing of HSEQ related data such as REACH scorecards, HAVS, TOFS feedback, and health surveillance documents.
Training and Competence
1. Maintain the asset training matrix to reflect the training status for all personnel on the project.
2. Ensure (existing and new) training requirements are met by raising training requests, and all relevant certificates are valid.
3. Liaise with the training centre and logistics departments to follow up on training requests.
4. Confirmation of joining instructions to individuals so they are aware of their training.
5. Based on information provided by the competency department, trigger the assessors and verifiers to do competency assessments.
Supply Chain
1. Generate materials and plant requisitions based on information provided by the project team to meet agreed delivery dates (with assistance from technical authority if required).
2. Generate out of certification reports for plant and equipment and distribute to relevant project members.
General Administrative Support
1. Administer and store project documentation according to Stork and project requirements to ensure easy retrieval by all team members.

Specific Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
Education & Experience
1. Education: HNC in a relevant discipline.
2. Experience and Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: Office location Immingham. Candidate preferably based in Humberside area. However, fully remote working could be considered.
Hours: 40 hours
Contract: Fixed Term of 11 months
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working is available, 3 days a week working in the office is the minimum requirement.
