We are searching for Service Advisors for our Leicester dealership - NO WEEKENDS
We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team in Leicester and you must be enthusiastic, outgoing and a process driven individual who puts customer service at the forefront of all they do.
As a Service Advisor at Drive Motor Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements, and ensuring their experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.
Package Details:
* Basic Salary of £26,000
* Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at £34,000+ per annum
* Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm

Responsibilities:
* These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
* As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
* Booking and arranging customers vehicles into the service department.
* Engaging with existing customers
* Selling and advertising our dealerships services and products.
* Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
* Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager
Requirements:
* Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
* Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Well-mannered and ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
* A Valid Driver’s License.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
