Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm Role Summary: As a Customer Advisor specialising in Coupa GNFRS (Goods Not for Resale), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth procurement and expense processes. This involves setting up systems, assisting users, and maintaining efficient communication between stakeholders, suppliers, and the business. The position is customer-facing, requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a focus on delivering outstanding support to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: System Support & Maintenance: Set up and manage new users in the Coupa GNFRS system. Generate and track Purchase Order (PO) numbers for business transactions. Monitor and update invoice statuses to ensure timely processing. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for the business, following up on PO-related queries. Provide support to the Support Centre team and assist suppliers with system setup and troubleshooting. Attend stakeholder meetings, building strong relationships with business and supplier partners. Customer Interaction: Handle customer-facing tasks with professionalism, including face-to-face discussions and email queries. Assist with questions related to expenses, company policies, and system use. Policy Guidance & Communication: Provide advice and support on expense policies, ensuring adherence to organisational guidelines. Liaise with C-suite executives, ensuring high-level concerns are addressed efficiently. Key Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, including Coupa or similar systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
