Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include:
* Dealing with all aspects of customer services
* Holding strong communication with customers
* Loading and supporting sales orders within the CRM
* Ensuring orders are correct prior to arrival
* Replying to customers, internal communications, and suppliers' inquiries when Account Managers are unable to respond
* Preparing and providing quotes to customers where required
* Assisting with Demo Kit requests and orders
* Liaising with supply chain and manufacturers for stock queries
* Taking part in product training and keeping up to date with new products
* Attending customer meetings from time to time (virtual or physical)
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Support Executive will have:
* Previous admin, customer service, or sales experience
* Customer-focused attitude
* Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to listen and articulate effectively
* Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under own initiative
