Purpose of the Role
To support and assist the Medical Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Working Relationships and Contacts
In this role, the primary relationships will be with the Director of Medical Valuations and the broader medical team (valuation and agency). The main objective is to support them daily in completing valuation work for a strong client base.
The candidate will be encouraged to participate in external client meetings to build their own network and generate business for the team. Additionally, attending both internal and external social events will be promoted to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
1. Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
2. Carry out technical valuation work across all medical sectors
3. Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
What we are looking for
The suitable candidate for this role would bring:
1. Valid UK Driving License and access to a personal car
2. Report writing skills
3. Skills in Microsoft Excel
4. Previous work experience within Real Estate Valuations; Desirable
5. Previous experience working within professional services; Desirable
