Job Description
We are looking for Fitters of office furniture who have a driving licence.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Focusing on the installation of new furniture
2. Moving office furniture and other items to new premises or via storage
3. Working in small through to large teams
4. Driving vehicles as entitlements allow
5. Conducting technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning of either furniture and conducting an installation
6. Maintaining and complying with all company and legislation requirements
7. Educating, training and developing other team members in furniture installation emphasising best practice, quality and standards
8. Promoting company core standards and values
9. Assisting the management of external contractors during installation
10. Ensuring the furnishing of extensive property protection to ensure delivery of service levels
11. Office removals or relocations
12. Taking goods into or out of storage
Requirements
Day to Day
1. Safely packaging items before removal or storage
2. Wrap & protect furniture when required
3. Taking apart larger items of furniture for packing and removal
4. Packing furniture, loading them into your vehicle and securing them safely
5. Checking that all goods are secure before driving off
6. Driving to the new location, unloading the items and installing to scope
Working Hours:
Working 5/6 days a week of 7, which may include weekends and/or evenings.
Ability to work away in the UK when required staying in approved accommodation with travel expenses.
You MUST hold a full driver's licence for this position.
