Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor or Domestic Energy Assessor to deliver Stock Condition and EPC surveys in Swindon.
Key Job Requirements:
1. Undertaking a variety of Stock Condition and EPC surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings.
2. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure all surveys are completed to a high standard.
