About the Role Supportive Learning Environment: Work closely with children in an engaging Early Years or Key Stage 1 classroom to promote academic and personal growth. Tailored Interventions: Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome challenges, whether it's early phonics or behavioral issues. Diverse SEN Support: Work with students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language difficulties, adapting your approach to their needs. Collaborative Approach: Partner with teachers and SENCOs to develop teaching strategies, monitor progress, and ensure every child feels supported. Creative Contributions: Use your imagination to design activities and lessons that spark enthusiasm and encourage learning. Promote Positive Behaviour: Help children build confidence, develop social skills, and manage behavioral challenges in a nurturing way. What We’re Looking For Experience: Prior work in an educational setting is essential, with SEN experience highly desirable.
