The successful candidate must be a confident communicator, have excellent IT skills, and a strong accuracy awareness. The role itself will be dealing with the Company's customers, managing incoming calls and emails, as well as dealing with service-related issues. You must be able to build strong relationships over the telephone with existing customers as well as having the ability to develop a rapport with new customers.
This is an entry-level position and further opportunities are available in your area of interest as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Ability to establish a strong rapport with existing and new customers as well as your colleagues
* Provide an outstanding level of customer service
* Manage customer accounts through the Company's operational software
* Assist with administration tasks for the sales, nutritional, logistics, and warehouse teams
* Deal with customer service-related queries and issues should they occur
* General office admin tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
* Using systems to book on with couriers and track parcels to ensure customers receive orders
Your Skills
* Positive and professional manner
* Good level of equine nutrition understanding, preferably with qualifications (further training given)
* Experience in the office environment and delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
* Good IT and systems skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills, including organising own workload
