Who Are We Looking For? We have a rare opportunity for a part-time Marketing Executive to join our friendly team on a permanent basis, based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield. The role is suitable for office or ‘hybrid working’ with time spent working from home in addition to attending the office. The role is ideally suited for 3 days per week, but we’re flexible – if that’s not quite right for you, let’s talk about it Excellent people skills are a must and this is an opportunity to showcase your skills developed in a similar Marketing Executive role. What Does Your New Role Look Like? Momentum has a well-established brand which was refreshed in 2024. As Marketing Executive, you will be given the autonomy to further enhance the brand through digital and social channels. Role responsibilities include: Working with the Sales and Marketing Director to drive the Marketing strategy for the business Working closely with the Head of Talent and Engagement to drive the People Strategy and strengthen the culture Overseeing and approving the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects Playing a crucial role in bids and tenders by showcasing Momentum Instore to potential new clients Overseeing marketing campaigns and tracking their effectiveness, reporting findings to the executive team Writing and delivering content and social media plans Overseeing the company’s attendance at events such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals Proposing and managing marketing research projects to generate customer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Are you passionate about maintaining and developing a sustainable business? Although not essential, experience working with ESG and a willingness to help drive Momentum’s ESG Manifesto in 2025 and beyond would be advantageous What Makes it a Job Well Done? You will thrive on interpersonal interaction, driving the marketing strategy that you develop. You will demonstrate your success through seeing the projects and campaigns you manage brought to life by the team. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, you will review the success of communications and marketing campaigns, reporting their effectiveness back to the executive team. We have a busy year ahead, and our focus is on our people and our clients. Improving our Employer Value Proposition and positioning Momentum Instore front and centre in the competition for talent, you will work closely with the wider business including Operations and the People team. Working with the ESG working group to develop and deliver initiatives, you will play a key part in driving Momentum Instore’s sustainability and environmental goals. What Do You Get in Return?
