Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Creative team as a Videographer (Maternity Cover) until August 2025. As Videographer, you will make an impact by actioning videography within the wider creative brief set by the Art Director. You will collaborate with a fantastic creative team, including Retouchers, Photographers, Stylists, and Designers, to create stunning visual assets for use across all channels.
You will be responsible for delivering completed videography projects and maintaining the files and links for future use across ECOM and marketing activities, while exploring new and exciting ways to develop our video creative and key processes. Additionally, you will ensure that editing is best in class, creating pixel-perfect final assets ready for end use and coach and mentor the junior Videography team to uplevel their technical skills.
This role involves exciting location shoots across the UK and close collaboration with the in-house photography team to ensure alignment between still and moving images. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a similar position with a creative background and experience in a commercial setting, preferably within a relatable industry.
2. Experience mentoring and developing juniors.
3. Experience working on set, both location and in-house.
4. A keen interest in the fashion, lifestyle, and jewellery industry.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Experience using professional equipment.
7. Proven experience in filming and editing, ideally in Premier Pro.
8. Project management experience tracking progress and updating job boards.
9. Friendly, self-motivated and approachable, able to use initiative and plan ahead.
10. A high degree of computer literacy across the Adobe Creative Suite.
11. Understanding and knowledge of accessories product and trends.
12. A desire to create the best quality images and videos is essential.
13. Strong brand awareness.
14. Confident communicator.
15. Enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
16. Happy to travel and work on location.
17. A clean, valid UK driving license is desirable.
